Furthermore, MediEquip supports a collaborative effort among the patient/client, family, physicians, therapists and payer source in identifying and recommending for consideration, appropriate products or equipment while recognizing at all times the right of the patient/client to make the final decision.

Prices on our web site are exclusive to the site, and do not carry over to our physical
location.
Warranties

Delivery and Shipping
All in-stock online orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt via your choice
of USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Free Delivery is available within 20 miles of St. Louis metropolitan
area. Orders received Friday p.m. through Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Sorry, no weekend delivery is available on standard shipped items. Shipping cost will vary
according to method. Free drop-shipping from manufacturer is available where indicated on
each product, subject to change without notice. Some items may be shipped from manufacturer at standard shipping rates.
Scheduling on items drop-shipped from manufacturer will vary. Final shipping charges may be
different than indicated on the original order if rush shipping or special packaging is required.
Exact terms and cost of shipping will be sent with order confirmation. If you need other shipping
arrangements or have any questions, please contact us.
Return Policy
MediEquip proudly stands behind the quality brand names that we sell. In
cases where an item is damaged, an incorrect item was shipped, or you're
dissatisfied with the item you received, you must contact us within 14
days of receipt of the item. We will give you complete instructions for
returning the item, and refund your entire purchase price, if
applicable. Sorry, no refunds on shipping or handling charges unless we
sent you the wrong or damaged item, in which case we will refund all
charges.
Any item returned to MediEquip must include its original packaging, or
be subject to a restocking fee. Some items may be non-returnable due to
hygienic or other reasons (such as lift chairs). Items shipped direct from the manufacturer
may be subject to further restrictions.
Before you return an item, please call us or send an e-mail to
service@mediequip.net. In your e-mail, include your order number, the
item in question, and the reason you want to return the item (damage,
incorrect item shipped, dissatisfaction), and your phone number.
A MediEquip representative will reply to your message and/or contact you
by phone to give you shipping instructions for returning the item. Any
item received without contacting us first will not be accepted for
credit.
Tax
Since MediEquip is based in St. Louis, all applicable sales tax will be added for Missouri residents. Out-of-state orders are tax-exempt.
Medicare
Some items on our site can be complimentary billed to Medicare. It is the customer's responsibility to
gather all necessary paperwork for this process. Please call us if you have questions regarding the
Medicare eligibility of an item on our site.
International Orders
We're sorry, we can only accept orders from within the U.S. at the present time.

All orders will be confirmed by phone or email before shipping.
Store Hours
